  • What is the return policy?
    • You will have 7 days from the time you receive your item for store credit. You will undertake the return shipping cost and we will process your return as soon as we receive the item. You will be emailed a notification once your return is received with instructions on how to claim your store credit. All SALE items are FINAL SALE.
  • How long will it take to receive my item?
    • Depending on your location, please allow approximately 3-5 days for JEWELRY to arrive. STATEMENT WRAPS are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for the WRAP to arrive. Please notify us if you have not received your item 5 days after standard eta. 
  • How can we guarantee the quality of the item?
    •  We inspect every item before shipping to ensure quality, but in the case that an item is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately.
